TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must be 21 years old and present to book a room. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in. All requests to reserve a room must include your first and last name, address and cell phone of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival. All rooms and fees are subject to a 13% tax: 6% State of Texas Tax and 7% City of Rockdale Tax. When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind: two people including children max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) and four people including children max for rooms with two beds. 

Check in is 3:00 PM. If you require check in prior to 3:00 PM call the motel approximately mid-morning the day of check in to confirm arrival time and determine if the room could be available for earlier than 3:00 PM check in. The motel office is 915 E. Cameron Ave., Rockdale, Texas. The balance in full is due at check in unless other arrangements have been made with motel staff. During the check-in process, our staff will provide you with any information about the motel together with such information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, etc. Always ask our staff for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient. Check-out is 11:00 AM. You may check-out at any time up until 11:00 AM by local time. The motel office opens at 6:00 AM. If check out is necessary before 6:00 AM, advise motel staff during check in and we will communicate the process. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. 

All rooms at Rainbow Courts Motel are non-smoking. Any type of smoking or vaping in any room will result in a fine of no less than $350.00. No pets allowed.
